All interested parties are invited to join the new OASIS Open Reputation Management Systems (ORMS) Technical Committee and attend its first meeting. The group plans to develop a system that provides the ability to use common data formats for representing reputation data and standard definitions of reputation scores.

The first meeting of the ORMS TC will be held in conjunction with the OASIS symposium, Open Standards 2008: "Composability within SOA."

A TC chair or two co-chairs will be elected at this meeting. ORMS TC proposers include representatives of OASIS Foundational Sponsor, IBM, as well as Sponsor members, Booz Allen, Cordance, Google, NRI, VeriSign, and others.
